ReplyDeletegimme a break, JB,,, this new office of the Comptroller is mostly for show & not for blow,, as we used to say,, it is a eunich - position,,, no stones, just window dressing,,
if Quigley won,, then ya'd see a pair of balls,,
Elliott is a sweet guy, no gravitas, tho,
Nonsense, the office of comptroller is a check on both the executive and the legislature as regards financial matters.He is really an advocate for the taxpayers of the county. Auerbach has done a great job but needs to be more independent of Hein.
