Senator Bill Clinton (D-NY) Why not?

Picture this scenario:

January 9th 2009, President Hillary R. Clinton is sworn in as our next president; leaving a vacancy in the U.S. Senate, Gov. Spitzer appoints former President Bill Clinton to his wife's seat. Sound farfetched? Well, no more than a sitting First Lady getting elected to the U.S. Senate.

A former President representing us in the senate could be a very good thing. Especially if it is Bill Clinton, who knows politics and government. Hey, he is already been the President from Arkansas, why not the Senator from NY.

At least we will know he will have the President's ear................
