Gartenstein for Assemblyman: he's got my vote!

There must be a balance, and this project, in my opinion, should not mandate affordable units. But if the builder wants to include them, that would be OK."

Seems like he is trying to keep everyone happy, or at least the developer if you ask me...

I will watch you tonight, if you promise to address the affordable housing issue, and how it would be a 'good' idea for uptown.
