As one of the few attorneys in this area who has appeared repeatedly in front of Judge McGrath, I can tell you he is an excellent judge.
I am not convinced, however, that Albany Democrats will support him at the judicial convention.
I don't know how Albany voted but McGrath won the Judicial convention.
I am pleased, but surprised. Albany Democrats have stuck it to Judge McGrath previously.
This should be an interesting race. Both men are excellent and well qualified judges.
