ON THURSDAY, JANUARY 1, 2009 BOTH MIKE HEIN AND I WILL BE TAKING OUR RESPECTIVE OATHS OF OFFICE AT 1:00 PM IN THE CEREMONIAL CHAMBERS OF THE ULSTER COUNTY COURT HOUSE ON 285 WALL STREET IN KINGSTON.
