No one can forget that theocratically bent zealots on a shoestring budget can perpetrate destruction of historical proportions. The theme is always the same despite the location. My god is better than your god and your civilian society must pay. The seeds of this problem need to be monitored very carefully. Surveillance must not be hindered by offended victims of dangerous ideologies operating under the guise of theology.
