The signs are a little late. Are they just waking up to the fact that they have to campaign this year?

ReplyDeleteDid you see your mayors ad in the freeman, stating all of the wonderful housing and developement projects they have achieved?
ARE THEY NUTS?
That ad looks like a whole list of huge failures and pipe dreams.
Only three of the projects actually have a building on site, or any work done, and one of them is all low income subsudised housing, and we know these folks arent paying any taxes.
The call themselves the tax relief team, on the same day they put out a budget and increased our taxes again?

They mention the Kirkland like its a huge acheivement, and everyone knows it was a huge waste of money and in the years to come it will most likey be more low income housing.
Can you honestly spin this to make it look good?
I must say, if those two men actually think that the general public is ignorant enough to beleive any of this and not know the real deal, they are either so uneducated that they do not deserve to be in office and attempt to run our city(which is the case), or just scared of the competition, and are trying to make themselves look better.
Whats your opinion? We would like to know.
BTW...Your answer will tell everyone if you have any redeeming value whatsoever, or if your are just a horn blower for the band!
not mamy people will ask for sottile signs. what ones go up will be suck-ups and those pressured to take them

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't put up their sign and I'm a Democrat. They're supporting a Conservative for DA, and their record on economic development sucks. They're not doing too well on reducing crime, either. So, what have they really done for the city?

You might want to speak with Sottile about getting some updated photos. Both you and he have put on a few pounds lately. About the only one who has not gained any weight is Noble. ...he smokes.

If you have any desire to ever hold a public office , you had better start to have an opinion and be able to voice it! No one will vote for someone who says, "I support this, and thats all that matters"!
