    JB,
What is Don Ryan's role as chief civil officer of the Sheriff's Office in the Public Nuisance Abatement law?
Isn't enforcement of the law in the city of Kingston the purview of the City Police Department? The Sheriff's Office, Civil Unit is mainly concerned with civil process serving, evictions, auctions and wage garnishments.

Could it be another failing idiotic investment by the king and his jester court?

Another SOMEBODY ELSES BUSINESS PIECE OF LEGISLATION that is receiving all kinds of fluffy praise and far too little critical thought from the public. Is there anyone asking, with all this inter-department cooperation (URGENT, etc) how much more of a POLICE STATE we are becoming?
Call me crazy, but here's one for you, Adolf Hitler had a 90% approval rating in 1937 Germany!
