WFP Dinner In Poughkeepsie

I will do a post on the event but I wanted to put some pictures up first. The event went very well and it was really well attended. All that were involved did a great job and the WFP really is going to be making big moves in Ulster County this November.

My three favorite people, Elliott Auerbach, Brittany Turner and Jim Quigley
Guy Kempe and County Legislator Brian Shapiro

Quigley, me and Jonathan Sennett
Fred Knapp and Judge James Gilpatric
Jen Fuantas and my boss Dan Cantor
Brittany Turner and Jim Quigley
Ulster County Executive Mike P. Hein

Brittany has her arm around Jim Quigley in the first picture. What is wrong with her? Also... strapless? What did she think she was going to the prom? Does the girl have no common sense?

I guess Quigley doesn't have to worry about getting the conservative nod in the near future or will he just buy that party along with the Republican

Ummm 6:46, and exactly what is it thats wrong with you?

Are you Stacy or Quinten? I did not realize thats what "anonymous" ment... are you the "behind the scenes star" of what not to wear?

Brittany looks great in that dress, dont hate because you cannot pull it off, she was at a social gathering and there was no memo the fashion police were going to be there.

Exactly how deep do you get as you have commented on nothing with substance??

Brittany: maybe go with a burlap sack next time???

In addition, the Democratic Party Brunch was a major success. The parking lot was filled with cars parked on the grass. A record 250+ attended. In addition to Senator Gillibrand all the heavy hitters were in attendence along with many legislators, town chairs and committee members. All the potential county judge candidates attended. It looks good for this year and hopefully the DA race in 2 years.

4:24, Yes there were a lot of people there, but were there as many people there as came to Nina's fundraiser?

I hear among the VIPs in attendance was Mike Klein. Very impressive. Klein and June O'Neil must be tight.

Brittany's attire was appropriate for the line of work that she is in.

There is no way that there were more people there than were at Nina's fundraiser. Besides Barack Obama came to Nina's. Who is Klein?

  12. One, I don't see what the big deal is with Brittany having her arm around someone...what is this 1950? And, she absolutely was dressed appropriately and looked great, btw.

It amuses me the obsession that certain people have with Brittany, every time her name pops up on a blog.

People like Britt and other like minded activists become targets and discouraged from getting involved because they do not fit the mold of what we are programed to think a person involved in politics should look like, act like and think like.
