Most corporations make employees pay for expenses and THEN reimburse them when expenses can be proven and justified.
ReplyDeleteAnother blog has comments about payments to contractors being held back for months. One post said a county employee suggested the businesses take out loans to pay employees before repaid by the county.
What's up with that Elliot?
Why doesn't overpaid Tuey do the same for the City of Kingston?
