Congratulations to our new NYS Comptroller Tom DiNapoli

You heard it her first, folks! On Dec. 26th,I endorsed Tom DiNapoli to be our next state Comptroller, on this website. I did so before recommendations were made or a panel was even created for that matter. It was always clear to me that Tom DiNapoli should be our next Comptroller. He is liked on both sides and known in Albany as Mr.Clean for his high ethical standards...and for a career politician (Elected to the school board at 18, then Nassau county Dem chairman at 26, followed by Assemblyman which he held till late yesterday afternoon when he was voted in as comptroller.) it is impressive to be held in such a high regard. I think we will see good things out of Comptroller DiNapoli, and I wish him a congratulations on his new position.

Kudos to our local state officials who voted for DiNapoli:

Assemblyman Cahill, and State Senator Bill Larkin

Just goes to show you that as far as Kevin Cahill and Bill Larkin are concerned it's business as usual in Albany. This vote was the first chance they had to ebrace reform instead they chose inside politics.

If you ever wonder why the NYS Legislature is the joke of the nation look no further than Kevin Cahill and Bill Larkin for your answer!!
