Blaber News has it on good sources Former County Chairman Ward Todd was the Legislator that had a $39.59 voucher paid for a box of cigars.
It is simply unacceptable and to be honest with you I am shocked Ward would accept such a gift at the county's expense there is no excuse for that behavior as a legislator you are supposed to set an example and as Chairman you are held to a higher standard said Blaber.
