Kingston Attorney Larry Ball to be named special city court judge
Kingston Attorney Larry Ball will be named Kingston special city court judge on April 1st by Mayor James Sottile, to fill the vacancy left by Judge James Gilpatric who will become Kingston's full time judge. More details as they develop.
