Giuliani's Numbers Tank in NY

A new poll has Senator John McCain ahead of former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani. The poll released by Siena college has Senator McCain leading with 36% and Giuliani trailing with just 24%. If you can't win your own state maybe it's time to call it quits. Giuliani the anointed front runner of the GOP party has just lost his momentum and has no one to blame but himself.

On the Democratic side, Senator Hillary Clinton is leading Democratic rival Barack Obama by a 2:1 margin. Clinton leads with 48% compared to Obama's 28% Edwards trails with just 10% of likely NY Dem voters.

Hey,I was trying to get republicans to go down with him. Now we're stuck with republican-lite Obama fizzling out and pushing up McCain. Bad news worldwide. The prospect of 100 years in Iraq, and four years of red party destruction is turning the entire world economy into crap. We need a good loser like Huckabee to ensure democratic rule and fiscal stability. Rudy would have been a great loser.

Bad news for Rudy in Fla. now. The American Taliban can stomach Romney or McCain, but they recoiled at the prospect of Rudy. He was our nation's best hope for a return to sanity, albeit a catholic, fascist, and dictatorial one. Now the Timothy McVeighs and Eric Rudolphs are still in the game.

Huckabee just stated that when he quits the race,he wants his campaign to go out "in the black" which means he's pocketing cash to cover his ass. Every dollar that he collects now is being essentially pocketed. Rudy already put his staff on volunteer status and said he wouldn't tap into his personal assets to fund his campaign. It looks like it's Romney and McCain from now on. Let's hope the economy stays in the spotlight and Romney comes out on top. We know how much the evangelicals hate mormons.

Jeremy, you're absolutely right. Someone should've told that to Al Gore!
